You do not need a gym (though it is helpful.) If you choose to work out at home, you will need some fitness equipment. You will not achieve the results you are looking for with body weight alone. We are happy to customize the program based on what is available to you.

Don’t worry about that. When you fill out the questionnaire, we will know the things that you do like as well as the things that you don’t and will adjust your meal plan accordingly.

There are no full cheat days. There are, however, re-feeds and/or cheat meals. This inclusion will depend on the goals and lifestyle of the client.

 Don’t worry about that. We will have training videos for you or you can always Google or YouTube the exercise given. Clients on the contest prep/off-season program will also receive demonstration videos directly from your coach.

Yes, you get 15% off which is 5% more than anybody off the street. We have teamed up with Raw Nutrition and Revive Supplements. 

We never want you to perform movements that are beyond your current ability. Just let us know and we will substitute it with a more optimal movement.
